Atlanta based studio drummer Bill
Stewart has a CD of "groove jazz" that is a strong and engaging effort. The
"ATL" consists of some of the best studio musicians in the city.
"Drum Crazy" is a mixture of originals and classic "cover" tunes. Bill
pays tribute to some of his jazz heroes like Wes Montgomery, Dizzy Gillespie and Thelonius
Monk.
Bill's credits include Cher, Gregg Allman, Dr. John, Roy Buchannon, Jimmy Hall, Tim
Weisberg, Randy Newman, Johnny Rivers, Delbert McClinton, Bonnie Bramlett and The Allman
Brothers Band.
The "ATL" features Tom Grose on keyboards, Rick Hinkle on guitar and Joe Reda on
